By signing this digital document, the driver acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

• The vehicle is not insured for use by persons not employed by Business Furniture Taxi under its insurance policy.
• The driver accepts full personal responsibility for any and all damage, loss, theft, or third-party claims arising from their operation or possession of the vehicle.
• The driver agrees to cover all costs relating to:
  • Vehicle repairs or replacement
  • Third-party property damage or personal injury
  • Towing or recovery services
  • Traffic infringements or penalties
  • Legal costs or increased insurance premiums resulting from any incident during use
• The driver agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Business Furniture Taxi from any liability, claims, or expenses arising from their use of the vehicle.
• The driver confirms that they hold a valid driver’s licence and are fit to operate the vehicle.
