We charge in 30-minute blocks
Covers depot-to-depot travel, basic packing blankets, and trolley use. Any hours beyond the minimum booking are charged at our standard hourly rate.
Due to shortage of staff may be limited to 2 men only.

Trips & Stops
Question: Are the initial pickup and drop-off counted as a stop or a trip?
Answer : No, the first pickup and drop-off are included. We only charge for any additional stops or extra loads.
⚠️ Heavy, Fragile & High-Risk Item Surcharge
To ensure the safe handling and transport of heavy, fragile ect, or high-risk items —such as pool tables, pianos, stone plinths, stone sculptures, marble countertops, glass panels, or other delicate materials—a surcharge of $100 per item will be applied.
This surcharge covers:
- 🧤 Specialized equipment and protective gear
- 🚚 Additional manpower and time for secure handling
- 📦 Custom packing and stabilization to prevent damage
- ⚠️ Risk mitigation for items that pose increased safety or liability concerns
High-risk items are defined as those that:
- Require exceptional care due to weight, fragility, or value
- Pose a safety risk to handlers or property if not properly managed
- Are prone to damage or difficult to replace
